What does it mean to be a fundraising agent at Angel? The ability to listen carefully, communicate effectively and offer great customer service; working well as part of a team is also a must. You'll become part of a well rehearsed team that works together to provide the best experience possible for donors when handling calls for our charity clients. 

Here at Angel, our very ethos is centred around exceptional customer experience and you'll be expected to provide our callers with an efficient and accurate service while showing sensitivity to their individual needs.

You need to be more than just a voice on the end of the phone. Our fundraisers must consistently leave a personable lasting impression with every caller that they speak to, and most importantly, let them know that their effort has made a difference.

We of course will work alongside all of our new Angels very closely to ensure that they are ready to take their first call. Wayne Macintosh heads up our fundraising training department and boasts an impressive background in customer service and education. As well as working with our newbies, he is committed to providing ongoing coaching and support to our Angels through a continual development programme.
